Buyer:
Buyer is a natural or legal person who has entered into a business relationship with the seller as
the customer(s) of the products that are sold by the seller via the online store that is
part of www.guapahome.com. The Buyer’s order becomes binding as soon as the Seller has accepted it. All orders are subject to availability. You are responsible for checking and confirming that you are satisfied that all details and aspects of your order are correct and suitable for your requirements. Once an order has been accepted, the Buyer confirms that he/she accepts all business conditions for delivery of goods declared by the seller. Relationships between the buyer and the seller are governed by these business terms, which are binding for both parties. Buyer(s) are aware that the designs used on the seller’s website are protected by copyright law and the purchase of goods does not give the Buyer(s) any rights for their further use in order to obtain financial gains.

2. Ordering and payment
You can buy a) online through our online store, which is part of www.guapahome.com,
or b) by e-mail order at hello@guapahome.com.

a) Shopping Online via the Online Store: in the Wallpapers, Fabrics and Accessories section, the Buyer selects the goods he/she wishes to buy, click on the button “Add to Cart”. The goods will be placed in the Buyer’s shopping cart. The Buyer can modify the order in the shopping cart by selecting the number of pieces of the selected product. After this the Buyer can decide wether to fulfil the purchase or
continue shopping. If the Buyer decides to close his/hers purchase, he/she will click on the button
PAY. The Buyer will then be redirected to the PayPal payment portal where he/she will be able to
pay with either PayPal or most credit cards. After the payment
the Buyer receives a confirmation from PayPall about a successful transaction, he/she will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours on the e-mail provided during payment.

b) If ordering via hello@guapahome.com, the Buyer is required to specify in the message details about goods he/she wishes to order, including the name, colour variant (if applicable), order quantity, contact details and delivery address. The Buyer will receive on this same e-mail address an order confirmation within 24 hours which will include payment and delivery options.

The seller reserves the right to withdraw any Products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any Product from this Website whether or not that Product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. If the Buyer has already paid part or all of the purchase price, the Seller will transfer that amount back to his account within the next 14 days.

3. Cancellation of the order
The order can be canceled by email at hello@guapahome.com or by phone
+421 944 198 841 | +420 737 080 247 within 12 hours of ordering without giving any reason.

4. Delivery conditions
The Buyer’s order will be processed within 10 business days. If the goods are not in stock, there is a delivery deadline of 21 working days. The Buyer must pick the country of delivery when ordering goods during check-out process. Postage refers to the delivery of goods within the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic.
For orders from other EU countries postage is set individually depending on country and weight
of goods according to the carrier’s current price plan. More information is available on request at hello@guapahome.com. Each shipment is accompanied by an invoice – a tax document.

6. Complaints & Returns
Any complaints and/or returns can be solved either by phone +420 737 080 247 | +421 944 198 841 or
by email at hello@guapahome.com.
Upon reception of the goods the Buyer is kindly asked to check the Products carefully for any possible defects or damage.
The Buyer is required to inform the Seller about any defects within 24 hours of reception of goods, by phone or e-mail.
We are not responsible for damages caused by carriers and/or postal services. ‘Defective products’ does not cover wear and tear, neglect, abuse or misuse of your goods, loss or damage, fire, smoke, explosion, lighting, sunlight, infestation by animals or boring insects, theft or loss or accidental damage caused by a third party.

Return Procedure:
1) inform the Seller about the defect by phone or e-mail
2) send the damaged goods as a track&trace package to the address below within 14 days of reception of the goods

3) include within your shipment the reason for returning the goods as well as your delivery address
4) attach a copy of the proof of purchase received from the Seller (invoice)

Upon reception of the returned goods we will contact you by e-mail or telephone immediately
to solve the problem.
The seller is not responsible for the possible loss of the shipment of the damaged goods from the Buyer to the Seller.
Based on your preferences, we will replace the damaged goods with a new non-defective goods or refund the appropriate amount for the damaged goods. We provide a warranty period for all products according to the Civil Code
Please note that our warranty applies only to undamaged and unused goods.
Once the product has been cared for in any way (washing, cleaning) it is no longer considered to be unused.
The return period begins on the day when the Seller receives the damaged goods and ends when
the Seller dispatches the shipment with the non-defective goods (based on the stamp of the post office).
The shipping and packaging will not be refunded to the Buyer.

7. Privacy policy:
Once the Buyer becomes a customer on the Seller’s online store, he/she consents that the Buyer’s personal information and purchase information will be collected and used. Information about the Buyer’s purchases in the Seller’s online store is collected to ensure the smooth delivery of goods and handling complaints.
The Seller will respect the privacy of the Buyer’s personal data, and will comply with all relevant and current data protection legislation. The Seller will not disclose the Buyer’s personal data to anyone, unless required to do so by a court of competent jurisdiction or to shipping companies in case the Buyer specifies this kind of shipment method.
